Why hasn’t Massie or Khanna made a case with the Epstein files to show DOJ incompetence?

They're giving the DOJ an opportunity to fix their mistakes. I don't see that as being worthy of melting over

I mean what case is there to build? You’re going to need more than salacious emails to actually convict anyone in a court of law. The public is happy to tar and feather anyone ever having sent or received an email from Epstein, but unless you have hard evidence be it DNA, videos, or first hand eye witness accounts you have nothing.. That doesn’t mean this debauchery didn’t happen, but if you’re going to haul people with elite wealth and power into court and charge them with crimes, you better have a strong case or you’re going to get embarrassed by the best attorneys money can buy

Why don't they just name names publicly, as they have threatened to do? That's literally what the overwhelming majority of the American population wants.
Why, instead, would they choose to keep making headlines and sensational claims? They come out and burn it all down, they're immediately true heroes and will be protected by the overwhelming majority of the American populace for being brave enough to expose the truth. But they continue to play political chess.

Because the DOJ released 3 million pages of documents that show some gross stuff, some banal stuff, and nothing that could result in the criminal prosecution of anyone but Epstein and Maxwell. So, now he’s left with speculation about redactions.
