It is NOT 20 million. It was 7.9 % in September. Which comes to about 12.6 million.

Because a lot of that bill has nothing to do with COVID. 2 big pieces included in that bill that are wasteful spending is money to bailout States/Cities that were already in financial hell because of mismanagement of their pensions; and stimulus payments to noncitizens (whether legal or illegal)

No more stimulus...period. We’re already screwed. So far, covid has cost us somewhere north of $4 trillion dollars. TRILLION.
