Why don’t people advocate for SCOTUS term limits?

A single Justice can have more impact on the country than a few dipshit members of Congress.
The Supreme Court is not your friend. I suggest a 25 year limit.

Because it is trading one set of problems for another.
Right now is bad with each side fighting over seats as people retire by choice or die.
Want that to get worse? Wait until a hard right justice is up under a Dem president or a hard left one under a Republican President.

If SCOTUS were functioning correctly people wouldn’t think of ‘we’ and ‘them’ with regards to the court.
