Why doesn't Trump just plead GUILTY to a Campaign Finance Violation = giving the porn star 130K to shut her up days before an election.

He should purchase time on ALL networks and bring his message to the public. Tell the America people he is doing it as a HUMANITARIAN GESTURE to save INNOCENT people from UNSCRUPULOUS investigations = lives being ruined, careers destroyed, homes lost, reputations smutted.

Ask for the most SERIOUS penalty ever handed down for a $130K campaign violation - and DEMAND that be applied to HIM.

Then ask for them to either IMPEACH ME NOW! - or SHUT THE frick UP! - and LEAVE MY PEOPLE ALONE!!!.

Same for COLLUSION - Tell them they wanted dirt on Hillary - listened to someone who claimed to have it - rejected the offer - and went about their business. IF they were representatives of RUSSIANs - they didn't know it - and so WHAT if they were. Nothing was harmed - AND IT IS NOT A CRIME!!!!!

So - I ADMIT it - u]NOW, LEAVE MY PEOPLE ALONE!!![/u].

IMPEACH ME NOW - Let's take this to the CONGRESS - RIGHT NOW!! - If you kick me out of office then ARREST ME - and I will fight you in the courts until I die.

OTHERWISE get the HELL out of my way and ALLOW MY ADMINSTRATION to DO THE WORK WE WERE ELECTED TO DO!!

yeas - I am pissed at all this bullshite - I hate DEMOCRATs - every last one of the bastards.

This is one of the dumbest ideas ever posted on this board. I'm glad Trump has better advisors in his service.

I fully expect Trump to be the main driver of the impeachment talk leading up the midterms.

I once met a good democrat, but that was on a sunny day in 1982.

As recently as the 90s the Dems weren't bat shite crazy. It's actually bizarre, Bill Clinton championed many of the exact same positions that Trump is now a NAZI for having.

Because he can claim the 130k is a structured retainer to his lawyer to render needed services and it escapes FEC regulation.

I am afraid that the impeachment fiasco will be delayed until after the DEMs take control of House.

That's is why I would want it NOW - with the 'collusion' and 'campaign finance' fought out with the representatives we have now, before some of the good ones retire - like Gowdy.

I think if the DEMs really had to show their hand, they would fold. By pleading "guilty" to such a trivial 'crime' as $130K of hush-money for something concerning reputation rather than a national security or serious crime, that the penalty could not be very severe.

With Mueller running around ruining people and coercing 'dirt' from Trump associates, and the media pumping out the 'bad news' 24/7, the prospects for the mid-terms can be serious.

I know it is 'dumb' but it is what I would like to see happen. We need to STOP this shite now by biting the bullet - it is only going to get worse.

I once reserved my hatred for the DEM leadership - but dammit, the whole batch of their mass supporters seem to be sub-humanly retarded.

I literally hate purposeful ignorance

I appreciate your excitement but if you think the Democrats will be defeated on this issue by Trump bringing it up early, you're mistaken. They have shown that they hate Trump more than they love America and will do whatever it takes to bring him down. There will be calls for impeachment for the rest of this two terms.

Right now the impeachment issue is a positive for Trump just like the birther movement was for Obama until Trump got hold of it.

The latter part is a given - I just cannot help but believe that it is better to force it NOW than to let it simmer with the MSM ruling 24/7 campaign ad against him.

Pleading guilty to a campaign violation for humanitarian purposes to protect his people from victimization by the deep state persecutors would seem to me to be a political move to force impeachment on favorable "high ground.:"

I know if I were him, I'd want it done now - rather than having to deal with the 'investigations' for the rest of his tenure. Get it over with. If not, it will pursue him to the end.

I think so too - which is why I'd like him to fight it out on favorable ground.

If he could somehow end it now, they'd just accuse him of something else tomorrow. It's not going to end, and Trump knows that.

Let's just wait it out, while he continues to MAGA behind MSM's back. The world is watching.

I upvoted just because I understand what you're spitballing here and, even if it seems a bit silly on it's face, it didn't deserve the sort of response it generated.

Bill Clinton was/is a moderate at heart. He just knew/knows that leftist/liberals are easier to separate from their $$$ because they are emotion driven and not logical or rational.

I'd say let's vote on impeachment now and put this to rest. Americans have their take on the situation and politicians have theirs. Time for a show of hands.
