Pick your battles. Sometimes responding to the ridiculousness breaths life into the argument and legitimizes the argument. Best to say nothing right now. It's not getting massive coverage.

That's why I pretty much label anyone that criticizes Trump's rhetoric as a Democrat. Because magically it never matters when a Democrat does it, but if a Republican dares come hard and correct, it's a scar to society.
