Speaking of the plea deal...nothing in the plea nor the facts presented by the government alleges Trump did anything at all. Doesn’t even approach implicating him. If the SDNY didn’t need Cohen and has all the docs, why wouldn’t they implicate Trump in the docs they filed? Hmmmmmm
