1) The proposed "fixes" will NOT lower premiums or costs.

Yes they will lower premiums. States will have the opportunity to nix the ACA mandates like "essential health benefits" and "community rating". These will be gone in red states. Premiums will be lowered.

OK. But how many of those covered by group health policies that do not include PEC clauses?

A good point. The large majority of working age people are in the non-group market and non-excludable, but we'd be still be better off if people with PEC's didn't have to cling to jobs primarily for health insurance when they might otherwise be entrepeneurial and start a business, consult, freelance, etc.

It really is sad, the lack of knowledge of science and basic math that Republicans display here.

You go to the doctor tomorrow and discover that you have a genetic defect that requires surgery.

Why should you be priced out of insurance for the rest of your life for something which you played no part in?

Who said he would be priced out? In fact, the facts show that he is very unlikely to be priced out.

This is a lie.

And it also destroys Medicaid, Medicare, and is a death sentence for anyone with a chronic disease like cancer.

But go ahead and pretend that this shite bill that NOBODY supports is good.

Why do you think young and healthy people should subsidize the fat and lazy who have self-inflicted preexisting conditions?

Can we split the preexisting conditions in a "hereditary" and "lifestyle choices" columns?

That way, us young and healthy don't have to pay for the 400 pound leviathan with self inflicted preexisting conditions due to shite lifestyle choices?

Why should people be rewarded for having a shite lifestyle, while the healthy are penalized for being healthy?

Care to explain?

That's an opinion. It's not a terrible opinion. It's a bit unicornish but your side is the side of dreaming. There's nothing wrong with that.

You support me paying more for that person so that they can be free to pursue their dream of becoming an artist or writer or consultant. I don't support that. Life is hard enough with the federal government coming to me for more money for the things that make you feel better.

Nope. The vast majority of Americans aren't affected by PEC clauses. Nice propaganda. You aren't very good at it though.

Every one but your fellow bubble dwelling tea sippers sees through it.

I don't think you have a good enough grasp of the subject to warrant more than this:

Here's the thing you fail to realize, dense arse bitchATL.

Genetic or hereditary issues that you have no control over isn't the issue. IT'S THE frickING 400 POUND FATASSES.

I would have zero issue covering all those with real hereditary issues. If. We got to cut care to every single person who is obease. 30% body fat? By fatass. Should have made better life choices. Should have worked out. Should have ate a salad instead of that 8 piece fried chicken.

Your lifestyle choices are NOT MY frickING PROBLEM. If all the fat and lazy pile of shits would have taken care of their bodies, they wouldn't have all the issues they have.

Not. My. Fault.

Not. My. Problem.

Oh? I don't?

It's quite simple. If your health issues are tied to your lifestyle choices, you don't deserve shite.

Ohhhh boohoo I didn't think eating a 8 piece fried chicken and pizza every day would make me have a heart attack at 45 woeeee isssss meeeeee!!

frick you fat pile of shite. Your lifestyle isn't my problem. Should have made better life choices. Reep what you sow.

frick the fat. frick the unhealthy. Eat a bag of dicks. I ain't paying for shite.

The biggest, most prevalent, and most expensive disease in America is diabetes.

Diabetes costs america more than every other disease

90% of diabetics are of type 2, which, to put it bluntly, is the result of making shitty decisions as to what to put in your mouth.

You know, I bet BamaATL is probably on the rather fat side...which is why she's so combative about choice-related PECs...
