Why Does Joe Biden Fly Commercial These Days?

Joe Biden was spotted boarding an American Airlines
flight while stunned travelers watched from the terminal.
The footage is now going viral.
Some people say it's completely normal.
Others are asking why a former U.S. president would be flying commercial in the first place.
Why do you think Biden is flying commercial?
It has only ever happened a couple times really. Jimmy Carter used to do it, Richard Nixon did it once as a publicity stunt during an energy crisis, and now Joe Biden has done it multiple times.
I have my guesses as to why. Namely that he is now broke because he can no longer peddle political influence. But I'm curious what the brain trust thinks about this.

Probably because he does not want to pay for a private jet. He ain't flying coach and he is surrounded by body guards. If he was flying any airline other American it would probably be a pleasant experience.

To put it into perspective how easy it is for a former POTUS to catch a plane ride somewhere, Bill Clinton used to be flown all around the world and his form of payment was a promise to spend about an hour talking politics and economics. Now, of course we know that that information was used for insider trading, which is illegal, but if anyone thinks that frickin Joe Biden is above insider trading they are a verifiable retard.
