Hell, just look at the people we have made celebrities. The kardashian. Amber rose. Famous people's "baby mama's" are celebrities these days. Like, you're famous because you're a cleat chaser...and people eat that shite up.

Here's what it's about:
(1) They have a need to virtue signal that they are part of the cool crowd.
(2) They know that being left-of-center can be beneficial for their careers.
(3) They are part of a community that virtually speaks with one voice.
(4) Most of them are not terribly bright.

Because idiots listen to them. Seriously. Women are especially coerced by celebrities because women are coerced by extremely shallow things. It wasn't men that bought and paid for Kim Kardashians mobile app for up to $80 million in a year.
Do you see men buying those celeb gossip magazines at the checkout at the grocery store?
Its shocking the people I come across that are well in tune with the latest celebrity news...almost always women.

Because people like you and the rest of the uber right dweebs on the board howl like wounded sheep anytime one of those Hollywood types voices anything about politics. You encourage them.

Unfortunately they do,but they also probably hurt the candidate or cause just as much if not more.

Mark Dice interviews say they do have influence! Sad isn't it.
Professional jesters that people look to for direction.

It's for the morons who read People magazine and watch MTV.

They are just here for our entertainment, enjoy the show and don't worry about it. Most live in California so that should tell you all you need to know

They would be remiss if they didnt.
It would be like not voting.
I am turned off by it from partisans of all camps.
