What about Robert Owen who wrote that the "Three great obstacles (to communism) was private property, religion, & the present form of marriage."

Or when Henri Comte de St. Simon wrote about how moving toward a more "communal" society, that it is "the most immoral men who must lead the citizens to the new virtue."

I could go on for hours, but everything that's happening now has been proposed before. And they all lead to a more "communal" society. Constant "social abuses." You people are more in favor of redistribution & equity than private property rights, religion is (sometimes rightfully) mocked, and "marriage" has been made a sham.

When people like you try to dismiss the word "communism," you do it by looking only at the violence & the USSR's end results of poverty. Twenty years ago the same type of dismissals were done about the word "socialism." Remember, you don't call yourselves "progressives" for nothing.
