You will notice a lot of the downvoting objections to this also love to post Ron DeSantis threads.
You are correct in this observation of vote stoppage. Trump was leading and would have won had the normal process completed. But all of the manufactured mail-in votes were not ready for injection until they knew the total they had to overcome.

Not to mention the role that the FBI’s election interference on behalf of Biden ultimately played. Most estimates predict the effect to in all likelihood have been strong enough to influence the outcome itself.

While for all of human experience, things that are deemed to be 'outrageously impossible' are usually dismissed by validating the legitimacy of the system being 'wrongly accused' instead of demanding of the abused person that they "PROVE IT - OR SHUT UP"
Normally, when allegations of criminal activity is charged, Law Enforcement actually looks at the incident and conducts some sort of inquiry that goes beyond merely asking the accused if they will "admit it".
(Many times these allegations are sort of specious - as in the RUSSIA COLLUSION HOAX, yet in that instance, the entire wheels of the federal goverement and all of the social media masters devoted five full years in trying to manufacture 'evidence that might possibly validate' the allegation. They failed miserably, yet continue to allow the original allegation to stand, including mocking the ones who were disadvantaged by it - making fun of them because the LIARs 'got away with it.')
Yet in this case - with manifest abnormalities that caused instant 'WHAT THE frick!!" responses from over 70 million individuals, the ONLY response was = "don't believe your lying eyes"

"Hey - YOU go do ALL the investigation, gather ALL the evidence, prove beyond a 'shadow of doubt' that you have the 'exact combination of factors absolutely defined that mathematically prove the election results would have been changed. Submit your evidence to the people you accuse of cheating you, and convince THEM that the "jig is up = confess!!"
and meanwhile we will investigate YOU to make sure YOU avoid making any statement not already admitted as true by the alleged cheaters."
It is very difficult to write a scenario where every aspect of normal logic is not only reversed, but must stay consistent with an irrational scenario. I am unequal to that task.
But the DEMs and their cult have mastered it - but only because they lack any sense of self worth and therefore embarrassment is an alien emotion for them.
But YOU know that I am on the rational track - and that YOU have no rational response to that truth

The thread is (for the thousandth time) postulating that a massive multi-state coordinated conspiracy existed to the highest levels of the voting systems in all swing states, even states whose voting systems are and were controlled by republicans. And you, and everyone asserting the existence of this massive effort, have no evidence that it existed.
What the OP is suggesting is impossible.
Or if it was even attempted, there would be evidence of it.
But there's none.
Sorry, the absence of evidence does not prove the existence of a massive multi-state conspiracy at the highest levels of each state. Not close. Didn't happen.
