More accurately, they don't tend to care about success metrics (Head Start provides zero educational improvement, but if you don't like it you hate children), or knock on effects or incentive manipulation (this program is to help the needy! You don't know history if you don't think Hillary wasn't the biggest threat to men when running.
They spent billions to prevent her from becoming president. The most prepared, smartest, deserving female ever to run for office.
That is exactly why she wasn't. This country just isn't ready to accept a woman potus.
