Because they are only searching for what they define as corrupt, most of which is legitimate spending authorized by Congress. USAID is 1% of the federal budget. It is audited annually. There's no evidence of widespread fraud, only conspiracy theories being spread by fringe twitter accounts.
Start with the military contractors. That's where the big dollars are.

Single-issue voters. The Democrats have strategically used taxpayer money to build a coalition through propaganda so blatant it would make Goebbels proud, while calling Trump Hitler. The irony is amazing. But now, DOGE is shaking the financial foundation of that system, and its leaders are panicking as their grip weakens.
