So a valid gun control measure would be a nationwide database of gun purchases/owners?
Are you saying that we should force people to submit their personal information to a government entity, where it will be recorded in a permanent database? Who's going to pay for that? Who will provide oversight? Won't this sort of system be rife for abuse, or subject to errors preventing citizens from exercising their Constitutional rights?

Just one example, in 1980 fully 23% of all murders in Miami were committed with fully automatic weapons . That not rare. That's just one city one year. It wasn't an anomaly.
That’s great. Pick a city and year rocked with riots and unrest.
You want to cherry pick stats? In 2001 the majority of all mass murder all over the world was committed by Muslims. That can’t be an anomaly.

What, like a voter registry?

But proper gun control? Everywhere it's enacted, gun violence / gun deaths decrease.
Except Mexico. You know that unwallled neighbor of ours.

I get the sentiment of your point. I even somewhat agree with it. However, read the 2nd Amendment and the 15th and see if you think there might be a distinction.

Has anybody told your dumbass that civilian issued full auto rifles stopped being produced in 1986. They're in limited supply, unlike the millions of AR platforms in circulation. But you're an obtuse cunnnt that thinks obamacare is a good insurance plan, so I can't imagine you grasping logic on this issue.

Why are so few truly Automatic guns used in Mass Shootings?
Give us your address and the board "in mass" would turn out to shoot you!
Believe us it would be an automatic response.

Just curious. What stops a mass murderer from using a truly automatic weapon? Why don't we see more of them used?
Before engaging the obviously uneducated troll here folks, remember that one of the major gun-control advocacy groups this idiot supports once made an argument that semi-auto rifles were more lethal than full-auto weapons because the lower firing rate made them easier to shoot accurately.
Keep it up snowflake and the 1986 amendment to the 1968 GCA will be on the chopping block sooner than you think.

Why are people being shot with high points in much higher numbers than Ed Brown or Cabot customs? Gun control?
Posted on 10/4/17 at 6:59 pm to BamaAtl
Because of the gun control legislation in 1986 made them super hard to attain

My arse. I've seen Chuck Norris absolutely melt bad guys in full auto!

Because it's way easier to get non-automatic guns. It's the same reason people use IEDs instead of grenades.

Semi-automatic is a lot cheaper and easier to control.
