Because of Hillary Clinton and her husbands upcoming deposition. It’s clear this was to bring Benghazi from a memory to the forefront.

Remember the setup before the attack? The video no one had seen or heard of? That led to the arrest of some sus character and raised the alerts at our embassy in Egypt?
And no honest explanation for why amb. Stephens was even there in the first place.
No one of note held accountable. 1 State Department flunkie resigned, 3 others were suspended.
And this happened less than 2 months before the election.
