Way wrong.
Both Russia and China have been using their own and other currencies when trading oil for several years.
Yes, not every oil transaction on the planet is or has ever been completed using the U.S. dollar. Thanks for the clarification.
The fact remains, however, that Russia is in bed with Iran, and Iran has threatened the dollar with an oil bourse; while China holds over a TRILLION in U.S. treasury securities.
But you already knew that.
And so, between Russia and China it is no surprise which one would get the negative publicity over here.

This is how I know you've never spent any time in Russia or know any average (not connected politically or with the mafia - same thing, actually) Russian citizens.
I dislike Obama as much as anyone but Putin isn't the anti-Obama. He's what Obama or any other US politician would be with no opposition at all. Any here who praise him are either ignorant, corrupt or a hypocrite.

I don't understand the Republican party's angle with all the Putin love. It's some sort of "enemy of my enemy is my friend" type shite, except Obama isn't really our enemy. He's just another clown in office.
Some people on this board should move to Russia if they love it so much and let them continue to push their best and brightest our way.

Did anyone ever figure out who or what sank the USS Maine? Anyway...I'm thinking we decided to declare war over it. And there was the incident with the Lusitania.
