The Duke lacrosse DA Nifong ended up disbarred, bankrupt and went to jail for a bit. Depends on what the jury does with it, but the prosecutor might deserve the same fate.

If he actually suborned perjury (as it appears he may have), I could see Judge Schroeder seeking to have him prosecuted.

As the judge, i could not put up with the amount of back talking this goober did. Lock the guy up for contempt.

Probably can't find a prosecutor who hasn't, well maybe someone who hasn't seen a trial yet.

I wonder if he has sensed he's losing and was throwing up Hail Marys. Higher risk, but maybe the only way he can win at this point.
I'm not excusing his tactics or what he's been doing in any way, but it's his job to win, not to be likeable.

I said this in the main thread early. He reminds me of Hammer from Iron Man 2. Looks favor each other and the way speaks reminds me so much of him.

The Duke lacrosse case was just the tip of the iceberg for Nifong. After reviewing his cases they found massive impropriety and had to retry cases and set folks free that had been wrongly charged and put in prison. Naturally, he’s a Democrat.
Funny thing, Nifong’s ADA, Tracey Cline, took over the role and she was removed from office and disbarred as well.
That guy deserves a special place in hell.

His statement that pissed off the judge is getting overlooked, too. The prosecutor was asking Kyle why he hadn't given his story before his day in court. This was the path that got the judge to tell him he was probably already over the boundary.
Binger was actually trying to use Kyle's testimony against him because Rittenhouse had now had a chance to hear 30 witnesses in the case testify and, thus, could tailor his story to what the witnesses said. Did this moron even stop to think how weak a case is when you are accusing the DEFENDANT of tailoring his story to MATCH what the prosecutor's witnesses are saying?
