I've followed everyone starting with JFK. There is one gigantic difference between Trump and his predecessors - they were politicians protecting politicians. Trump isn't concerned about protecting anybody. He doesn't care if someone's political career is wrecked by their misdoings being exposed.

Who writes the fake news that the talking heads read to us daily?

The best script writers and best actors are not in Hollywood.

I don't know the script writers' names but I can say with 99% certainty that they are paid with your/my tax dollars.

Oh, O.K. Thanks for the update.

This must be why Trump isn't interested in putting his lifelong buddy Hillary behind bars, amirite?

Do I want the to come? Yes. I wish the liberal scum would be held accountable.

However if anyone is indicted it won’t be anyone of consequence. This is all one big circle jerk used as a rallying cry by both parties.

I know what you are saying, and we'll have to see where this goes. But some of those "plays" you cite have been bigger than others.

If indictments rain down early-on (that is a big "if"), this thing could break in a way that would separate it from most of the other instances you reference.

If it breaks as I think it might, Lindsey Graham will yet get his craved Sam Ervin "country lawyer" moment. The MSM has covered literally nothing of the coup d'etat ... yet. Indictments would force them to hold their noses and do some reporting. IMO, we'll know in under two months.

He ruined her political career. That was his #1 priority. I think with Trump it's all about image. He accomplished what he started out to do and then in the process, he's given credence to the improprieties of the Obama administration. Like has been mentioned many times, it took three years to nail Nixon on a break-in. This will take considerable longer because of the many people involved and the severity of their misdeeds.

Common sense should tell you that.

The woman can barely stand upright without shitting herself. Her political career was coming to an end with or without Trump.

Common sense tells me, like many others have already posted here, that the establishment takes care of its own and if anything comes of this it will be unprecedented.

Look, I know you folks are desperate for a hero. But we just got through eight years of blind Obama hero worshiping, we don't need eight more years of it with Trump. That doesn't do this country any good.

How this isn't obvious to anyone paying the least amount of attention has mystified me about this board for 15 years.

Honest question. How big of a name on an indictment would it take for you to think “wow. I was wrong on this one?”

Indictment?

I could see indictments flying all over the place if the PTB want to drag this soap opera on for another couple of years.

You do realize that this is all scripted soap opera designed to distract your attention, right?

The question that should be asked is, what are they trying to distract our attention from?

And that's how it works. If you play ball with the establishment, you get to climb the political ladder. Either way, it is very controlled and very scripted.

There is no coup d'etat and the MSM reads scripts, it doesn't cover shite.

ETA: Folks, there is no coup d'etat. Trump will serve eight years as President.....just as the establishment planned him to.

Hmmmm. So no indictments are evidence it’s all a distraction. Yet indictments are also evidence it’s all a distraction. That’s a pretty safe place to be.

It would have ended with her as POTUS if Trump didn’t win.
