It doesn't matter if he is old, or just a slap. If you don't slap his bitch arse down legally....his behavior will escalate due to no consequences. It is as predictable.

You're talking legally.
Calling the cops when you've got witnesses that he committed A&B when you've got witnesses that you didn't do anything is better than cops getting called and dropping a felony on you for assaulting a senior.
Besides. If I'm gonna get the charges, I'm gonna make the time and cost worth it by fricking them up. In my case, my sheet is too long to do it over some old fart.
