White nationalism?? What do you call a nationalist who just happens to be white?

Ok, as I appreciate it, nationalism, by itself, is not a bad thing. Pride in one's country is ok. White nationalism, on the other hand, is apparently a very bad thing, as it is defined as an ideology that wants the white man to be on top and above all other races. Where I get confused is where somebody accuses somebody of being a white nationalist. I'm a white guy, and I suppose I'm a nationalist (I do believe in America 1st!!) But, I can't say I'm a "white nationalist"...because I don't favor the white race over others. So..even though I'm white and a nationalist, I'm not a white nationalist. Identity politics is so damned confusing... What do you call a nationalist who just happens to be white?

It's just another term to demonize white people who push back at the idea of giving away their sovereignty to a foreign, un-elected, unaccountable bureaucracy

A white nationalist is not " an ideology that wants the white man to be on top and above all other races".
A white nationalist is someone who wants traditionally white majority countries to remain white majority countries.

It's a term used by the left to try and link nationalism to racism. There is absolutely nothing wrong with putting your own country first.
