Feel free to argue how 13% of the population accounting for half of the nation's violent crime is a net positive. Feel free to argue how an over representation of a reliance on social welfare programs is a net positive.
There are millions in the black community that contribute greatly to our society, unfortunately looking at America as a whole, the other side of the coin is so destructive they turn the equation into a net negative.
