White Jesus Statues

One BLM member says all white Jesus statues need to come down.
Which is stupid af and all but it does raise a question.
Why the frick is there white jesus paintings and statues prodominate in the US when it's proven the guy was brown?

Jesus was not black, yet I have seen black people have black Jesus paintings and statues. It never bothered me one bit though.
During the "back to Africa" days in the early 90's, black people liked to pretend that Egyptians were black. Egyptians are Egyptians. They are not black. I guess we all make up shite we like to believe. I don't think that's anything new or necessarily harmful if it's not forced on others.

I said brown and predominantly in the US he is depicted as a white man from the middle east lol
