I'll have to disagree with you there. I don't think cultural decline is racially motivated. I would argue it's the end result of declining religious/moral standards and advances in birth control.

Whites do not need to adopt bad family planning from minorities. They do it of there own choice, with steadily increasing single motherhood in white families. Society in general is less religious ironically because of intellectual curiosity. People seek different opinions that challenge traditional norms. They invent new technologies which allow for different approaches to problems. Birth control made non committal sex normal and thus family planning no longer an issue of only picking the best partner.

I think people such as you look toward the lower ring for all of the problems. It's a common tactic that those in power love because it distracts you from what they are doing. The government (D or R) is not interested in the long term of the common man. They are out to seek wealth and control, be it globalization or nationalism. It doesn't matter what the method is, only who is in charge of it. Both are used interchangeably whenever its benefits the 1%.
