The problem we face is in Lincoln with that piece of shite mayor and the Omaha liberals. But Ricketts, love him or hate him, isn’t going to turn his back on the state all because of two leftist cities and their respective counties.

And Tom Osborne needs to just stay the frick away from anything political. He’s the epitome of the “too nice conservative” that needs to die off.

Like Josey Wales said, “You gotta get mean.”

Nah. Too purple.

Not as purple as you think. The state houses are still red and the people, even a lot of the democrat ones, are Texans first. If it goes to a vote I think it will pass easily. Now, what will Washington do? Who knows.

Nola would form its own USA territory before it seceded. You really think JBE and Toya are going to secede. The issue is rural vs urban.

The federal govt wont allow that to happen.

States won't secede

Our problems are cultural and not regional

The only states that are really dark red aren't really capable of seceding anyway. WTF would South Dakota do as their own nation? People would just laugh if they tried to secede.

The culture you speak of in South Dakota runs north into Canadian provinces and south into the Mexico border, and it stretches as far west as Eastern Washington, Oregon, and Northern California.

It only takes one for the domino effect to begin.

More states are declaring themselves as 2A sanctuaries in response to federal overreach. The land grab agenda is going to put people under, and I can assure you, the agricultural community will band together, regardless of location or country.

If you cripple the outsiders by making energy and food unaffordable or unavailable altogether, they’ll start listening.

And a giant blockade around the city restricting maritime access, rail transport, and even OTR commerce wouldn’t force them into submission? Do you think that city would thrive if that were the case?

Most businesses worth a shite in NOLA would pack up and leave. It’d be a shite show. But either way, it’d be blocked off from the rest of the outsiders without having to pay a lot of money to gain access.

I would fully support breaking into 3 countries. The hippies can have from the Rockies west, and the yankees can have from the Appalachians east.

Conservatives get the "flyover" portion in the middle.

That is where the vast majority of liberals live anyway.

The government could pay to move conservatives from the coasts to the interior and also democrats from the middle to the coasts.

Would be the best thing that could happen.

We need to take back Colorado, and I bet Utah would join in. Denver is East if the Rockies and they control the political climate in that state. You can’t alienate the western half, which is rich in rangeland.

NONE - bunch of RINO cuck cowards in the state legislatures that are so weak, corrupt and pathetic that they could not deal with open and blatant election fraud last November

Kind of surprised Hawaii doesn't push harder for it.

Like I said earlier, we don’t need a “we’re asking you to leave nicely” ploy. It’s either “join or die.” Period. frick these people and their ideologies. They’re paradoxical pieces of shite and should be treated as such.

I always laugh when people use "balkanization" as if there is any possible positive connotation to the word.

Texas

They stand to get hurt probably more than any other state by Biden administration’s energy policies and the open border crisis they’ve created. And their economy would be top 10 biggest in the world if they were a sovereign country. They have big ports, plenty oil and gas, lots of agricultute and ranches, and a generally diverse economy. They’re likely the state best positioned to succeed independently.

Hawaii could not come close to being self-sufficient. Their entire economy relies on its relationship with the united states and the US military. Their population is largely poor and undereducated outside of Honolulu, and there is no industry to speak of.

The Patriot Act ensures that this will not happen. You would have no way to organize enough to matter before you would get raided.

Really sit down and think about how monumental that would be. Think about how much would have to change. Courts, currency, stock markets, new laws, new constitution. When it came time to vote it would fail by something approaching 75% no to 25% yes.

Pineapples and farming are pretty big out there. The country’s largest farm is actually in Hawaii.
