Meh. I used to think that way. But, it would appear that such a program is f'n HUGELY expensive.

In other words. Doing so seems far more about making a point that good small government use of resources. And hey, my primary issue with welfare is when it becomes permanent or is being basically fraudulently acquired.

Bottom line. If it were free, I suppose drug testing would make sense.

I posted that he wasn't libertarian. WTF are bickering about? He's moved from hard right to not caring about the government enforcing those drug laws. It's a move in the right direction. He's "bent" a little towards libertarian. I don't think he will ever actually get there with his other posted views but who knows.
