IDGAF if you believe me or not. I saw it with my own eyes and have been checking on him over his 20 day course in the ICU.

So this man was in PERFECT health and just fell out with Covid?

If so, he's literally one of the only people with great health in his age bracket to be affected.

I’m gonna go tell the 50 year old I took care of to stop being a liberal operative. Climb out of his ICU bed Roto-Prone device and cough all the pneumonia out of his lungs. Drink a glass of water with milk thistle in it to get his kidneys and liver out of failure. Those Russian bots are getting advanced.

Well frick, we should definitely ruin the country over this...

You’re damn right. If he wins the news media will bury covid back to where it came from. They will have much bigger perceived issues and agendas to push. The hypocrisy is on levels that are unprecedented.

Things that are high risk shouldn’t be done anyway. How can you as a healthcare worker not understand high risk patients vs general population.

I do.

How can u whose prior comment/reply has to be one of the biggest “look at me I’m a prick” comments I’ve read on this board, not understand sarcasm?

You did not answer my question as to what you do? After coming in hot with the “I’m not the one” type comment. I hope you split atoms for a living or you were the guy who invented the use of the triple cocktail that stymied AIDS/HIV, and aren’t some tool pushed for rig that’s been laid down.

I’ve been talking to friends from many different places in the country. These friends are all physicians and auditors that have been looking at actual numbers during the entire situation. They all laugh at this boogey man.

During the same 5-month period last year, 1,083,000 Americans died.

Did you panic last year?

I'll respectfully ask again: Was your friend in perfect health?

If so, he is an anomaly.

Sorry. Did not realize I’d ignored somebody.

Not a friend. Patient I took care of. Short answer. Nope. Fat and a former smoker.

The guy the next night was 3 years younger and 100lbs lighter. Both had awful pneumonia. Of course the smaller guy did better.

Which means this year 1.3 million would have died.

Still a spike.

You're assuming all COVID deaths are people that would otherwise have lived beyond these past five months, which given their age, health, etc is a ridiculous assumption.

These people had health issues not stage 4 pancreatic cancer. So to assume they all had 5 months to live is equally ridiculous.
