When do you think the Obama admin started illegal spying on Americans?

I am going with January 20, 2009
I've heard the theory that they originally used the IRS to target their political opposition and switched to spying and surveillance once that shite hit the fan, but something tells me they didn't just wait until after Lois Lerner to start illegal spying

Its been officially going on since the Patriot Act was passed under the Bush administration the real answer is it has probably been going on since the feds had the tech to do so so probably sometime in the 80's would be my guess that actual surveillance started going mainstream. This is all just conjecture on my part.

I wonder what dirt he dug up on Romney. Romney was a completely different person in the 2nd and 3rd debates. He stomped Obama in the first, and then unexplainably became a passive mouse in the last 2.
