When do AA leaders start leading & admit a large % of their pop has a problem?

This shite is ridiculous.
Everything is not racist.
Christ we just had a black president for gods sake.
The unemployment level for AA was at historical lows.
The problems that need to be brought up and spoken to frankly and succinctly are
1) how to respect authority
2) how to respect yourself and others
3) Bettering oneself is not selling out
If you just do #1- you won’t get shot by the police.
It’s called just acting like a normal person in a civilized society.
Everything is not racist.

Those AA ‘leaders’ are making money off the plight of their people. They want and fuel this to make money.
I do wish real leaders would step up more publicly. We need more TBirds and others like him to take the leadership from the traditional parasites of the AA community.

That’s the problem. TheIt people should be self accountable by now. They aren’t only because these “leaders” won’t allow them to be. They continue to feed them excuses and pass blame on others. They know if their people wake up and start being accountable, their power is gone. They aren’t needed anymore.

They won't. It goes against everything they know to admit they're not just part of the problem, but 99.99999999999% of the problem

I wouldn't say a "large part" but definitely a very specific group, namely males 15-34 (roughly 20% of the total black population). That group commits an incredibly disproportional amount of crimes, especially the violent crimes of Robbery and Murder.

It's not as large as it seems.
Black women don't seem to be so much an issue so set aside 50%.
older mature black men don't seem to have the problem so set them aside and set aside male kids under say, 14.
