well they can, but it would violate our rights (in most circumstances. i'm sure there is some random arse exception or one could be created, like how Roe v. Wade created a right to abortion out of thin air)
Given that, a pregnant woman's rights are violated when the state demands she give up her bodily autonomy and carry a fetus to term regardless of her wishes.
Why do you support one intrusion of rights at the expense of a human life, but not another?

Bingo.
I mean hell. Parents have all the same rights as single people..........but let that parent leave their 2 month old alone in the house for a week so they can travel to Jamaica and the state is gonna be all up in their "rights".

nope
science demands that she gives up her body autonomy, not the state. like i said a while back, take it up with God

The state just demands that she not commit murder for convenience

How about birth control for all. Pass it out in the schools.

That would be murder.

What right is violated by not being able to kill another homo sapien with DNA different than that of the mother?

That would be murder.

A pregnant woman's rights SHOULD be violated when she is carrying her 5th soon to be welfare dependent kid and expecting errrone else to pay for it, don't you agree?

Why? Because the childs right to life trumps the mothers "right" to convenience.
Republicans are definitely "all about" small government. One of the roles of government, small or otherwise, is the protection of life of its citizens.

Waiting on the goal posts to be moved yet again.

that's a straw man
you're mad that women are the only ones who get pregnant. fine. nobody posting in this thread created that pardigm
your issue is with that entity/process, not "the state" and not "Republicans"

Risks of going to term is a different matter, and it's already been said by me and others that making an exception for the life of the mother is a reasonable exception.
There are many risks to pregnancy that fall short of death for the pregnant woman.
