When someone says "NYC," they're likely referring to Manhattan. If they wanted to refer to broader NYC (E.g., Brooklyn, queens) they'd say that specifically.

1) even this guy deserves due process
2) what if he was paid to carry out his attacks? If you just go in guns blazing you'll never know if anyone else was involved.

That DeBlasio guy is a real piece of work. During his epic presidential campaign I was amazed the guy was ever elected to any public office. I've never seen someone look more like a shady used car salesman.
