Again, the quote you reference in the beginning is directly responding to a question of what would it take for me to see this as a witch hunt, not to prove the President’s innocence.

With that understanding of due process, you get stricken from the jury box for cause.

Oh look, the liberal 5th string has shown up to ask the same question.

Same answer.

Actual criminal behavior. Not just shite liberals dislike.

What would have to come out in regards to the situation with Ukraine for you to say an impeachment proceeding is warranted?

That he wanted them to make up FAKE shite and threatened them that if they didn't do it, he would penalize them using the power of the USG.

Proof that trump explicitly said he wanted Ukraine to investigate Biden to improve his chances in the 2020 election, then I would entertain impeachment. It must be explicitly stated and in no way implied.

If Trump did it to seek Justice for an alleged crime as the transcripts of the phone call seem to indicate, I have no problem with it.

In America justice is blind whether the criminal is black or white, rich or poor, or whether it's your best friend or your worst enemy, or whether it's a regular fellow or someone of privilege like a former VP or his son. No one is above the law.

Even then, meh.

As long as he isn't asking for FRAUDULENT investigation, I could give a frick.

All of this "but foreign power" hand wringing...……...meh. The people whining about that JUST USED OUR OWN frickING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO ATTACK THEIR POLITICAL OPPONENTS FOR EIGHT frickING YEARS CULMINATING IN OVERTYL SPYING ON THEM!

THAT is about 1000x scarier and anyone who can't see that is damned insane.

First off you are FOS about what was said and why. Ukrainian leader says no such thing occurred since he denies any pressure was used and the call summary revealed no such language so stop lying. Sure politics are played even though there is no evidence Trump did, not that it mattered since he has a legal and moral duty to investigate what absolutely were crimes by Biden and his son. He pledged to enforce and uphold the laws and the constitution. Shame you have no problem with Biden's crimes here. So quit with your bleat.

The man just came through a massive investigation charging him with being a Russian agent and spy against his country! Simply because SHE LOST! And he is now a criminal for asking the leader of a foreign country to do what he is legally bound to do, ask a government to look into whether tax payers money was thrown around to enrich the former VP and his son! OF frigging course it was! And it is irrelevant as to who or what the political fallout would have been or will be. The law is the law and Trump has broken zero laws upholding it. The Biden are criminals and that doesn't bother you. They enriched themselves off taxpayer money and you could care less.

We'll soon see if the criminal coup attempt perpetrated by Obama's admin will be brought to justice against the perps. The DOJ is fully engaged in that criminal investigation with it's false and sleezy Dossiers Also the Bidens are running for cover by quitting both Ukranian and Chinese scams. By the way a campaign violation law requires an in kind material good change hands, not who came out looking bad because they were caught breaking the law by stealing wealth in exchange for tax payers fortune. The Biden's could have avoided all this by not placing themselves in jeopardy by abusing the laws against corruption. Trump had a simple choice to make, either ignore his duty and let a huge ripoff of American taxpayers slide or take action.

BTW the dems were furiously insisting that the goofy investigation of Trump's being a Russian spy take it's course even though there was zero basis except she lost. There is every reason in the world to believe the Bidens were stealing so let the investigation go where it will. At least Trump has a clear conscious since he followed his legal obligation by asking the Ukraine to look into it. The law is on The President's side here. And he will prevail because of that and no second hand, laughable WB or I heard witness prepped by Schiff, House gambits will change any of those basic facts. They are running a scam as we speak.

Why wave a flag? If nothing could make you admit that the POTUS has committed an impeachable offense, you’re admitting that you’re un-American. We are a nation of laws, not men.

We KNOW he’s violated the Emoluments Clause, which is NOT “phony,” as Trump has claimed. That’s a violation of the law and his oath of office. Why do so many Republicans ignore that?

If that's so certain then why aren't we in the throes of an impeachment trial?

Absolutely nothing. This is now a war for the future of the USA. It's time we accept it and starting fighting the way they do.
