Why force it down everyone’s throats?
I don’t think anyone has a problem with working gay people or people from other races. However, when it is constantly jammed in your face all the time, it pisses me off and this seems to be the Democrats main obsession.
Please tell me why you are obsessed with diversity and inclusion, Democrats of the political rant. I legitimately want to know.

I don’t know. But if I owned a company and had to choose ten managers for my company....I would choose the brightest ones. No matter the color.

“Our strength is in our diversity” has been a cliche democratic one liner for years. Diversity of appearance is meaningless. Diversity of thought is what’s important.

Far left (and some not so far) Democrats are communists. Communists want to to everything they can to undermine and weaken the United States from within. They cannot defeat or attack us militarily and win so this is the only tactic at their disposal.
It all started with political correctness in the early 90s. People think the Cold War ended in the late 80s but fact is, that’s just an illusion.
You think the Russians just gave up that easily? Nah. We’re still fighting those Commie bastards, and I hate to say it, but some have even managed to get elected into our political offices.

Democrats have always been the party of the underclass. Historically, they are populists.
It isn't so much that Democrats courted minority voters, it's that minority voters saw themselves represented by Democrat populism. The whole movement started with FDR and the New Deal.
As for diversity specifically, it's about power. Representation means a seat at the table guaranteed. Minority voters are looking for that power, and since they make up the Democrat electorate, that's what they promise them.
