That’s true.Here in Grant Parish the blacks and whites get along fine.Not many blacks get arrested,they’re mostly peaceful..
The problem we have is with white trash methheads.
I see the deputies out with prisoners picking up,trash on the roads,it’s always a bunch of white scruffy looking prisoners.

If time that a realization comes over us and that we quit hiding from the truth. Many places keep statistics on violent crime. Very often, americans from asia commit the least crime per capita in most locations. But it’s a cultural issue and most Asians first came to this country as slaves and have overcome cultural and educational boundaries to realize success.

This appears to me as some type of tribal activity where the males struggle with other males for the right to fornicate with the females.
Notice that the females are prancing about in very little clothing in an effort to show how fertile they are.
It's a type of sexual ritual illustrating how hormones can over take the higher functions of their brains. These natural chemicals force the subjects into ridiculous situations almost appearing to be in a zombie like catatonic state.
Solution: spray them with near freezing water like with a fire hose velocity and volume.
