No she didn't...she had a denial of her asylum claim and was allowed to remain subject to ICE's discretion.

It's very simple to understand. What makes you think I'm confused about her detention?
It's clear. It's also clear that this is political theater that wastes resources and money for no actual benefit to anyone other than the agents desperate to meet the arbitrary quota set in place by the White House.

I’m absolutely LOVING this “it’s political theater!!1!1!!” after the past 4 years. LOVING it. Maybe now people on the left will start trying to calm their leaders when they initiate something that will bite their arse in the end.
But they won’t. You now have the probable incoming mayor of NY talking about arresting a foreign leader with no pushback. Starting yet another petty and vindictive slippery slope.
