What is left of the Trump legacy?

What other policies of Trump were installed and remain?
He didn't get the ACA repealed.
He didn't build a border wall.
He didn't "get good trade deals" with China (in fact, Biden's admin got the biggest anti-China win with the chip regs)
He could never get his MAGA-types elected to federal office in any large numbers.
He lost the 2020 election.
He caused the 2022 election to be a big loss for the GOP.
So we're down to, what?
He did a tax cut (and never cut spending, leading to inflation).
He did endorse Desantis, which may ultimately save our country.
Trump did get the USSC set to reverse Roe, which is good law (for now). I imagine Dobbs will be overturned, but it may take a while.
He also has a few gifs of note (many during the 2016 Presidential election, the one of the Germany cohort laughing, etc.).
