Safe to assume no one in the U.S. military, in today's world, is not aware of the possibility of, and of their responsibility in such situations, they being assigned to combat. There has been ZERO indications that POTUS has any intention of putting U.S. ground troops in the middle of this development. But what about, according to several news sources, the fact that there are 100,000+ U.S. citizens in Israel?

This is an air war and Iran has almost no air defense left. Even if we start flying sorties over there I doubt we lose anyone. But, we need their entire nuclear capability completely destroyed. frick those ragheads.

Sure, Cotton and Graham suck. The truth is, there are many more legislators who find US citizen deaths as acceptable in furtherance of the invasion of criminal illegals, and the marxist ideal of equity for all, which is much closer to a reality than president Trump sending the military to fight and die against Iran. iran has made themselves our sworn enemy for damn near 50 years now, and the only military deaths have been from the half-assed hostage rescue attempt by Jimmah Carter.

By funding and supplying Israel's weapons that they used to attack Iran, and Trump not taking action to stop the attack, does that make the US complicit in the attack?
Are we complicit enough to warrant attacks on US bases in the region?

The only way we’re going to “put Iran in its place” is to go all out and wage full scale war with the goal of conquering and subjugating Iran. If we’re not going to do that then whatever we do would be inconsequential in the long term. Retaliatory air strikes and shite like that won’t “put Iran in its place.” If we decide to go all out then it would take an intentional attack with major lose of life to make going to war with Iran worth it.

I would also add that if the Houthis in Yemen decide to start launch more rockets at our ships we’ll take that as an attack by Iran itself and respond with attacks on Iran itself instead of just bombing Houthis
