What happens if they indict Hunter Biden for tax evasion

but limit the scope to tax crimes and leave out any ties to Joe? What if they rammed that through at the same time President Trump is indicted? Would anybody pay attention to the Hunter story?

I was watching a roundtable the other day with Alex Stein and a few other guys. Alex was probably the least intelligent guy of the group, but that was the most interesting thing he said -- he thought Hunter will be indicted on some small BS so that DOJ appears neutral.

Well let’s see, there’s pretty clear indications on of them has broken multiple laws and just shite thrown against the wall on the other.
I would hope America is still sane enough not to fall for such BS but I fear we are well past that point of reason.

There is no way. It would be more likely they would look at the drugs to let him plead "no contest" and go to therapy in lieu of jail to show they "did something."
They cannot/will not look at the money. They can't.

No indictment. He will get to amend/pay/file whatever is necessary, just like it had been done correctly (legally) in the first place. There’s absolutely no chance the Feds do anything to Hunter.

Charges against Hunter need to wait until Biden is out of office. That POS Hunter doesn't deserve a pardon and you know his mush potato brained perverted pedo dad would give him a gold plated one.

A tax charge is pretty black and white....either you paid your taxes or you didn't. Hunter will just plead out, cry that he was an addict and wasn't in control.....he will pay his taxes (likely fronted by some donor), penalties, and get a slap on the wrist.

I thought he had a lawyer in Los Angeles pay it all off for him. Probably waived any penalties since he paid them the full amount in one payment.

Not really sure they could do that.
A bigger question would be how Joe handles it, even if he's somehow magically kept out of it. He'd want to protect his son.

Be interested to see if Daddy gives him a blanket pardon covering anything on the laptop, so they shut down any further inquiries into laptop stuff.
Also, I mentioned the arrest of Trump because all eyes will be focused on Trumps arrest while the DOJ charges Hunter, he pleads guilty, and the Big Guy pardons him.
