It seems now that any possible perceived grievance of any action whatsoever of the current administration can now be taken up in any federal jurisdiction in this country with no impediment to being heard and ruled upon immediately.

Is this the new standard going forward? Asking for a friend.

Which "standing" ruling (s) do you think is/are comparable to display this purported change?

And why isn't the Trump administration arguing standing?

I believe a couple of these challenges have been dismissed on standing.

Standing varies depending on the claims and claimants.

If you don’t understand the difference between Texas challenging election procedures in Pennsylvania and a Federal Workers Union challenging the firing of federal workers I cant help you.

Why would you argue standing when you could let it go through and be gloriously bitch slapped away?

You know, my torts professor didn’t go into all of my other classes to ask Socratic discussion questions.

You don’t need to drop them in 4-5 threads a day either.

If you have a comment or counter argument just make it. Quit quizzing people on message board replies.
