Doesn't it seem odd that this "threat" sort of disappeared at some point during the Trump administration and now with the Biden administration insert "white domestic terrorism" for the new boogeyman.

We stopped funding them during the Trump admin. It's taking the Biden admin a little time to ramp funding back up.
