What does gun registration look like? All red states will be gun sanctuaries?

Do Joe & Beto really think folks will line up to register their arms?
Who do they think will enforce this?
By my math, gun sanctuary states would be a great thing for conservatives.

When I bought my gun last year right before losing it in an unfortunate boating accident they checked my background. That’s good enough so frick em.

When they check your background, what are the chances they don't keep a record of your gun purchase?

If Louisiana doesn't join the list of sanctuary states I'm out 100% no question.
There's no reason we shouldn't be a Constitutional Carry state already

I agree.
However, most of my guns were inherited or bought from individuals.
Only suckers buy guns from Bass Pro, Academy, etc.

The compliance rate of the California registration law is running around 3%.

Kinda. I think what will eventually happen, as we're already seeing being played out on a smaller level, is big tech and big financial will do the dirty work for the Dems. Whether by vote or EO, gun controls laws will come down right after the 2022 mid terms. Then states or counties or whatever will declare "constitutional sanctuaries" for 1A & 2A. Then big tech and big bank will declare they are acting as domestic terrorists and start discontinuing business with and potentially even freezing assets of people in these communities. Basically, get in line or you're finished. Then you'll start to see 2 economies and then it's really just a matter of time before all out war. The left's goal is to win this war through psyops and social engineering via tv/internet and hopefully win the war before a need to fire a shot. I mean, I don't blame them. Then the right will either conform or fight your way out. I think the left is underestimating the right's resolve. Of course, based upon what I've seen from most currently elected R's, maybe the dems have it covered.

Great point. Legitimate guns are not the problem.

Gun owners need to make it a priority to alienate gun owners who vote for leftists (like the Fenix move). The absurdity of someone wanting to shoot at a range voting for people who want to end the existence of gun ranges is just surreal.
It's probably no different than people fleeing California for Dallas and bitching about environmental regulations, high taxes, woke approaches to law enforcement, etc....and then voting in Democrats.
It's hard to comprehend, but it exists

And what will they do if you dont register that then?
Will they do the same thing that they are doing to all those folks carrying a firearm illegally now?

Somebody's gonna have to go to the bottom of the lake to get the serial numbers.

don't get caught or you risk jail

Seriously, the problem is that they'll turn everyone into a felon who doesn't register. So you can't use the gun if it's not registered, even in self defense, or you go to jail. Spot check at the gun range, you go to jail. The dims will get their guns if we don't fight back.

They will pick and choose who they will prosecute. Straight white conservative men will be arrested and sent to prison.
