Yes.

Dismiss this scam and then start an investigation into how it got started in the first place.

Immediate dismissal. It’s the only appropriate response given how the majority has handled this impeachment.

I don’t understand why the senate should entertain such foolishness. No criminal charges made, I’m not convinced theres even a case to be had at all.

Immediate dismissal. You can't trust the swamp with a trial.

Agreed. There may be too many rinos looking for some "new information" to support impeachment.
Remember, the gravy train that Trump is exposing is their gravy train too.

I want a trial that exposes just how corrupt our "leaders" are, and WHO the corrupt ones are( or just find out which ones are NOT corrupt)...No matter if they are R or D, if they committed criminal acts shoot them, inject them, electrocute them or hang them because enough is enough....If justice is not served by the justice system, then the American Patriots need to organize and become the justice system

A trial would be gratuitous. This silliness needs to end

I want the Bidens and the Kerrys and the Romneys charged criminally with racketeering about their Burisma nonsense and have a real trial before a jury in an energy producing state. Like Oklahoma.

Now that would be a beautiful thing Wednesday.

What do the Dems want? Do the opposite, it’s time to stop placating these scumbags and give them a taste of their own medicine. Everytime the Republicans do its a huge win for the country and everytime they play along things get worse. End the charade.

Great responses here. After reading the different opinions, I've changed my mind. Kevin McCarthy's speech today on the House floor, Pelosi's press conference, the outright bias, lies, and the manner in which the House conducted their portion of the process, and all yall's responses have now convinced me that I want Turtle to dismiss this dog and pony show upon arrival on the Senate floor. The Democrats' arguments and positions lack credibility and integrity. Don't give them any credibility by conducting a Senate trial.

This is basically it. I will be disappointed in the senate with any other result other than immediate dismissal.
Dems Not going to courts over EP before impeaching, lies upon lies, selective leaks of misleading data from secret hearings, 0 pieces of hard physical evidence only opinions and feelings.
The long standing and well documented history of Schiff lying about Nunes memo, lying about Russia, and just lying about everything. Then the rubber stamp impeachment itself being so urgently important, but forwarding the articles being delayed for even Longer than the sham impeachment hearings were being held.

If there is a trial, I think its a huge black mark on our congressional system in general that such shoddy backdoor hacky behaviors would be treated as legitimate proceedings.

It won't end. If it's a trial with acquittal or a dismissal the Dems have already said they will impeach Trump again. As long as they hold the House they can vote for new grounds of impeachment every month.
