If I could pick one non-white country to accept refugees from, it would be Vietnam. I went to school with a lot of them. They were the nicest, most studious kids that you'd ever meet. They're actually better Americans than many of our "Americans".

So there is roughly 80-100k Somalis in Minnesota. 81% of Somali households are on welfare. The average welfare for in Minnesota is 42-46k. We’ll drop it down to 40k.
That’s 2.5 billion. That equates to roughly 12% of Minnesota total welfare expenditures. The best part is they are only about 2% of the population. This doesn’t include the upwards of 9 billion in fraud. So try again.
