ou should try to rid yourself of this logical fallacy.

Its not a fallacy if 1.1 million people supposedly died by Zyklon B gas at Auschwitz but there is scientific evidence that proves no Zyklon B gas was used. So if all the history books say 1.1 million Jews were killed at Auschwitz by Zyklon B gas but there's no evidence of it, what else did they get wrong?

I think that we should have public K-14 education. Accessible technical training is, in my opinion, the most effective way to pull people out of poverty.

So it's ok to round up a group of people based on their religion, and force them to perform slave labor?

How about vasectomies for all males once they hit puberty, when they can afford the reversal they can get a family. Cuts down on abortions to boot.

If you pitched that idea it might be more popular than you think

But it's definitely stupid

Freedom of association. Discrimination for whatever reason a person feels like should be legal for private business. No more protected classes, which are frequently arbitrary and politically driven.

The Incorporation Doctrine is completely fabricated bullshite.

The Bill of Rights prohibits the FEDERAL government from engaging in certain behaviors, and it provides ZERO limits on the actions of the States. The 14th Amendment does NOT extend those prohibitions to State governments or their subdivisions.

For example, the Federal government is precluded from adopting an official national religion, but the 2nd Amendment does NOT preclude a State from establishing an official State religion. In fact. about half of the States DID have one at the time of ratification.

This does NOT mean that a State SHOULD engage in the activities prohibited to the Federal government. To the contrary, it would be terrible policy to do so, in most cases. But the States DID reserve the OPTION to legislate in these areas when they ratified the Bill of Rights, and the 14th did not change this allocation of power between the States and the Federal government.

I'm against mandatory public education after grade school. Getting an education should return to being a privilege that is dearly bought, and thus more valued. For underprivileged children, whose parents cannot pay, the children or their parents can do public sector work to earn the child's education.
Not only unpopular, but I don't think I've ever heard anyone else who has advocated for it.
