The exec and legislative branches should tell SCOTUS to stick judicial review up it's 9 holes. Scotus can give opinions which are then free to be considered, and followed or ignored as the circumstances merit.

Federally mandated maternity leave. They say we have to import foreign hordes because our birthdate is so low, but it would cheaper long term to invest in our own people and encourage them to have children. Also, there is no sense in making a mother go back to work ASAP just so they can pay to dump the child off with strangers during a time when the child needs its mother.

If you are speaking about the hardcore right?

I believe abortion, drug legalization, gay marriage/adoption should be up to the states.

If your are talking about the hardcore left?

I believe school choice, prayer in schools, death penalty (and for whom) should be left to the states.

I also think Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are all unconstitutional.

I also think there should be a wall along the southern border with machine gun nests every 200 yards, with a 100 foot deep moat behind it to collapse and flood tunnels and a 50 yard minefield in front of the wall.

I also think every employer that knowingly employs illegals should be imprisoned for 10 years.

Unknowingly? 5 years.

In either case, seizure of their businesses.

I think foreign remittances under $10000 should be taxed at 20%.

I think any illegal caught should be immediately airlifted out of this country and dropped off in their home country. If they wont disclose it or their country won't take them, throw them out of the plane with a parachute and wish them well.

I think gasoline taxes should be twice what they are.

I think the 16th through 19th amendments are the greatest travesty in the history of the USA and responsible for 95% of all the bullshite going on today.

If you receive any government aid or assistance that you haven't paid for, you can't vote in a federal election. If you don't own property, you can't vote in a property tax election.

So...take your pick.

Only property owners and veterans can vote.

Every firearm that police can own should also be available to citizens.

SCOTUS should have an even number of justices.

Votes of taxpayers should count more than non-taxpayers.

Eliminate every Federal department other than Defense.

Fedgov should be shriveled down to basically nothing other than defending the homeland.
