I'm only going to say this as a general matter, and I know I'm not telling anyone anything they don't already know, but perhaps this is just a reminder: Supreme Court Justices are not nominated and expected to pursue any particular political philosophy; they are expected to be independent of their own personal beliefs and/or the personal beliefs of anyone else in the endeavor to assess each case based exclusively on the law and Constitutional provisions that apply in that specific matter. I don't think it's fair to judge a Justice based on the perception that they didn't act/vote/opine in accordance with the political philosophies of the President who nominated him or her.
Man You live in a fantasy world.
Signed: Justice Sotomayor

I don't disagree with that reality, but it doesn't do the Right any favors to adopt the same flawed mentality of those on the Left. All it does is create more self-doubt and discord and infighting.

So far a Federal Judge, a Federal Appeals Court, SCOTUS precedent, and a Supe Justice ( ACB) all have disagreed with you folks. But, surely the posters here understand the situation better than them and it’s all a political fumble.
Damn. Hubris is not just a lake in Scotland

Because they’re scared of your Marxist friends.

I wish ACB nothing but happiness and health in her life …

Well. I think we deserve an explanation from her. And I would like to see some comments from trump.

Her explanation is she concurs with the Fed judge and the Fed Appeals court. It is not uncommon to simply not take up a case without comment. Happens more times than not.

I thought we liked State's Rights here.
The states have the right to force people to take experimental vaccinations?

These people want activist justices. Activists conservative justices.

She is fast establishing her Marxist credentials

It’s bc she got a $2 million book deal for a book nobody will legitimately buy. It’s how the Deep State works. She’s a filthy whore.

Did Trump ever appoint or hire anyone worth a damned besides Sarah and the hot blonde?

It’s not a state issue when the plaintiff pleads federal constitutional claims. At that point, the federal courts have jurisdiction. Some of you need to stick to whatever your day jobs may be

Prove with Link that Supreme Court Justice Comey Barrett acted ALONE in refusing the Indiana Univ mandate for vaccine or you are a troll.
I don’t believe any Justice ever acts ALONE.
Oof

It would be difficult to find a pick who couldn’t be blackmailed or wouldn’t be bribed. The republicucks wouldn’t have voted for any outsiders because they’re bought off too.
How come this doesn't happen to Democrat nominees? When has one of them disappointed the Democrats?
Byron Whizzer White, a JFK appointee. He's the last and maybe only example.
