This is what happens when conservatives play the gender card. Women are the most gleeful demographic when it comes to the Nanny State.

Been trying to tell everyone what she is for months. She is going to be a big mistake. So is that pussy Kavanaugh.

Trump let Turtle and other swampers make his picks. Another lack of judgement by Trump.

I thought we liked State's Rights here.

I get so confused as to whether we want States to have power or if we like our justices to be activist or what.

Doesn’t matter. Just about all of them are sorry as hell and any other candidate chosen would have turned out the same way. They’re all either blackmailed or bought off.

Not about state rights. A lot of these Universities receive federal tax payer money which puts it in federal court

That being said they should go to state court and fight it that way then appeal to federal after the judgements. That is probably the proper way about it

I fricking warned you about her. I fricking warned you. You all downvoted me to oblivion because Trump appointed her. She was a terrible pick.

Well, without knowing more,

A federal judge ruled last month that the school had a right to pursue "a reasonable and due process of vaccination in the legitimate interest of public health for its students, faculty, and staff." The students have many options, the judge said, such as applying for an exemption, taking the semester off, viewing classes online, or attending another university.

The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, based in Chicago, agreed.

the Supreme Court ruled in 1905 that a state can require all members of the public to be vaccinated against smallpox. Indiana's requirement is less demanding, the court said, allowing exemptions for students who object on the basis of medical conditions or religious beliefs.

It wouldn’t have mattered who the picks were. Every level of government is corrupted and they would have just been bought off or blackmailed as well.

They don’t make a version of Clarence Thomas any longer. At best you get a Ted Cruz that will not be seated

It's a whole lot deeper than that. The entire system is corrupt to the core.

That precedent is horse shite. Allowing slavery was a precedent too at one point.

Go to another school other than Indiana that don’t require vaccines. If you actually read the circuit opinion, it is sound legal reasoning and would require the Supreme Court to overturn past precedent, which it will only do in extreme cases. For example, see Plessy v. Ferguson
