I have watched this type of "funding" for years.
These govts have money. They will starve and deprive their people and keep stealin it. Then cry in the UN for help.....and the US feeds and provides care for their people while these beetches laugh living the good life in NYC.

Regardless, we should pull it anyway. The billions, maybe trillions invested into African countries has produced zero.
They have proved themselves to be as useless as the low IQ savages in Palestine. They are incapable of anything other than savagery. My tax dollars shouldn't be wasted on a hopeless cause. That money could be better spent in the US.

To be fair, PEPFAR has been very beneficial in Africa in reducing aids deaths

And???? Not my problem. I've worked my arse off for 30 plus years paying taxes. Not one day have I contemplated how many Africans die of AIDS. And I don't plan to start caring!
