Just refer the situation to the agency Office of General Counsel and follow their guidance. Likely send an email her way around the time that she suggested saying that he did his job and forget about all of it.
The OGC can appeal to the circuit court of appeals and this BS will be tossed out.

Oh HELL yeah! He ought to do exactly as he has been told by her. Show up in person - every evening at 6:00PM and brief her thoroughly. Include every, single detail and take up her time until at least 9:00 each night. Give her even more of what she wants. Leave no detail out of any part of the description of his work day. Read every single field report word by word in his most monotone voice. Then, at the end of each session, have her sign off on every single point that he has presented as having been presented to her.

How they were able to import tens of millions of illegals without letting judges stop them is what this Admin needs to learn from. Especially since reversing what was done seems to considered "illegal" by lefties.
