yes, for two reasons.

First, the store employee has absolutely no reason to have lied on the matter, and she clearly was not misunderstood. She corrected the officer probably three dozen times during the interview ... when he continued to ask questions based upon his understanding of what the complaining individual had already told him.

Second, her statement did not necessarily have a racial element. She could very well have been telling him to go back outside the store, since he seems to have walked back from the exit doors toward her to give her grief.

bottom line? They are both assholes. He is an a-hole for getting in the face of a pregnant woman with a child in tow, simply for getting in the express line with a handful of items more than she should have. She is an a-hole for making a mountain out of a mole hill for political purposes.

The fricking witness WHO HAPPENS TO ALSO BE A BLACK FEMALE says to the cop, with alot of conviction, that she clearly said those words.

"Go back where you came from" is not a racist statement. That's where you are confused. Because of your TDS you think that's racist therefore why would she say it to him. She simply meant for him to leave the store.
