I was already mentally prepared and this was the straw that broke the camels back.

They have every right to do it and I have every right to pretend like they never existed.

Passion and ignorance is a dangerous combination.

And I have every right to think that’s a really silly line to draw in the sand.

They are a bunch of teenagers navigating a hell of a time to be young black men with a little bit of a platform.

If you really loved the sport enough to warrant telling us all about this you would likely be able to give them some grace. Instead you are virtue signaling.

These universities will learn a very hard lesson when these shoe companies pull their deals like they did with UCLA.

Why is it a hell of a time to be black? That tells me you believe the bs systemic racism narrative.

I wouldn’t expect you to understand. I’m not just going to play along with this bs and abandon my values. Learn about integrity.

Sports needs a reality check in general. All of these goddamn causes. Sports used to be an escape where everyone could bond over competition. Now it's as partisan as everything else.

Before jumping to the wrong conclusion, what do you mean by this?

College football is frickin stupid.

Grown men with families should focus their time and efforts on more important things in life.

They should put this next to Democratic candidates ads like the ads they force cigarette manufacturers to do.

Poor oppressed guys getting a free education, free housing, and free meals in exchange for playing a game while in school.

Not necessarily. It has to be difficult hearing that message constantly, whether you believe it or not. I think it would be difficult to be a young African American man and every day be bombarded with the message that I should be afraid for my life every time I encounter a police officer. If everyone else believes that even if you don’t after a while you would start to wonder if it’s true and you’ve just been lucky.

I wouldn’t worry about that. There is over 330 million people in this country. Most of them were not watching from 10am until 12am like the More Soy Board enthusiasts. Most were watching their team. A lot will not be tuning in for the latter.

They are young, foolish and ignorant. The media has them on the display like dancing chickens for a stage hypnotist.
